Datasets and code: Decomposition constraints in acidified oak forests impacted by N deposition: a litterbag study on microarthropods

Abstract

nformation for new version: Mistakes from the feedingguild dataset have been corrected, where for 6 microarthropod species incorrect feedingguilds have been assigned by mistake. The file is now called feedingguild2.csv with a corrected R script (Appendixscript.R) with the correct file read in.

Weights.csv - Weights of the litter bags (before and after treatment) presented in this study

TotalMA.csv - Total numbers of microarthropods per sample

feedingguilds.csv - feeding guild information for microarthropod data

nutrients.csv - chemical initial measurements used in the decomposition model

Litterbagdata.csv - species abundance data of microarthropods, with samples as columns and microarthropod species as rows

Appendix_stattest.docx - Supplemental material with summary tables of all statistical models, visreg plots and additional plots not shown in the paper
