Abstract

A 14-year-old boy with chronic hereditary pancreatitis developed nocturnal episodes of pain in the back and abdomen. CT revealed two large pseudocysts of the pancreas and one smaller pseudocyst near the hilus of the spleen. The two largest pseudocysts were surgically drained into the stomach and the jejunum.
